<details>The micrographs are motion corrected and dose-weighted in cryoSPARC v3. The input movies were dose-fractionated stacks collected on a Talos Arctica with a K3 DED. The movies originally contained 60 frames, with a pixel size of 0.89 Angstrom, and a total dose of 55 e-/A^2. These micrographs were used to determine a structure of AP2 in the presence of heparin.</details>
