<details>This dataset comprises a total of 21,825 cryo-EM movies (.tif) and their corresponding gain reference files (.mrc) stored in the "data" folder. The data were collected using a JEOL JEM-Z320FHC operated at 300 kV, equipped with an in-column Omega energy filter and a K3 camera. Images were acquired with a pixel size of 0.79 Å/pixel, a nominal defocus range of -0.6 to -1.2 μm, and a 5 × 5 image shift pattern. The dataset is divided into two subsets based on the data collection date. The first subset in the "data/20240801" folder contains 6,925 movies, and the second in the "data/20240918" folder contains 14,900 movies. For the movie filenames, the three characters preceding the .tif extension (e.g., 001.tif) correspond to the specific beam shift position.</details>
